Our girl Marisa Dal Santo starred in an edit with her friend Dane Burman. I have to admit…this edit makes me hungry. Not hungry to skate, but serious feasting hungry. It could just be that I only had one piece of pizza for lunch today.
There’s nothing like skating a flat bar with fried chicken in your hand.

Somehow, the rain held off long enough for Go Skateboading Day to happen for HH in New York. The second we pulled up to the Manhattan bridge Park, the van was mobbed. The boys got a minute to skate. Moves were completed—minds were blown. Then the mob moved the sesh to the banks. The Brooklyn Banks might be the best spot ever. Devin (kf manny blunt fakie manny sequence) wasted no time and front rocked the wallride second try, epic. Shortly after, the rain showed up and the sesh was over. Good times were had by all.
Everyone that didn’t show up, you blew it. . .
Check out the video and see what you missed

Antwuan Dixon or Big Kandy as he’s known was part of the first year of Hometown Heroes. Since then, he’s moved on up to get a grip of tattoos and a fresh interview in Skateboarder Magazine. Below is Antwuan’s sign-up sheet for the Hometown Heroes contest he skated in.

Cool Iris is a plug-in that lets you look at pictures from your browser in a rad way. You’ll have to try it out for yourselves to see how cool it is. It is also FREE.
So when you’re going to look at the HH Skate photos or the tour life photos, make them even cooler with Cool Iris!

To some, tour life would be a dream come true. You might think of trashing hotel rooms, partying ‘til all hours of the night, and waking up and not knowing where you are. Well fortunately, we have no documentation of things like that.
What we do have are the behind the scenes shots that aren’t in any of the edits.
Enough ramble, check out the Photo section and/or keep up with the HH - Tour life set on our Flickr account. Skitch on the van, keep up!
